How to add an AOG Sweeps game kiosk to your store
The AOG Sweeps game kiosk is a sweepstakes platform with a free counter sign-up kiosk for gas stations, c-stores, vape shops, grocers and bars in eligible states. Here is how the sign-up works, what the store does day to day, and what to check first.
The AOG Sweeps game kiosk is a sweepstakes game platform. Customers register at a small kiosk on your counter, receive sweepstakes entries, and play sweepstakes games on the kiosk or on their own phone. The platform is 21+, no purchase is necessary, and it is offered only in eligible states. For the store there is nothing to buy and nothing to install yourself. This guide covers how a store gets one, what day to day looks like, and what to check before you sign up.
Who it is for
The kiosk is marketed to independent retail with a counter and regular foot traffic: gas stations, convenience stores, vape and smoke shops, small grocers, bars and taverns. If your customers already stand at the counter for lottery, tobacco or fuel, the kiosk fits the same rhythm.
It is a different product from a skill game machine. A Fortune skill game cabinet is a 43-inch cabinet the store buys outright. The AOG Sweeps game kiosk is a sign-up tablet for a sweepstakes platform; the game play can happen on the kiosk or on the customer's phone after they register. Many stores run both because they attract different customers.
Step 1: check that your state is eligible
Sweepstakes rules differ by state, and AOG Sweeps is only offered where it is permitted. The sign-up form on the AOG page refuses states that are not eligible, and the page lists the states where the kiosk is not offered. Georgia is not an eligible state. If your state is not on the list today, the fastest way to find out about changes is to call or text Lucky at (325) 221-4234.
Arcade Ops markets and places the kiosk; the platform itself is operated by AOG. Arcade Ops does not own or operate gaming equipment.
Step 2: sign up (five minutes)
The sign-up is a short form: business name, your name, phone, email, address, city, state, and business type. You confirm that you are the owner or an authorized manager and that you agree to be contacted about the placement. There is no account to create and no card to enter.
Once the form is in, someone from the Arcade Ops team calls to confirm the details, answer questions and schedule delivery. If you would rather talk first, Lucky answers calls and texts 24/7 at (325) 221-4234.
Step 3: delivery and setup
The kiosk ships to the store with marketing materials: counter signage, a QR code customers can scan from their phone, and a short guide for your staff. Setup is plugging in the kiosk and connecting it to Wi-Fi. There is no construction, no cabinet to level, and no bill acceptor to maintain.
Pick a spot on or beside the counter where the clerk can see the screen. The kiosk should be reachable by a customer standing in line without blocking the register.
Step 4: day to day for the store
Day to day is light:
- Point and explain. Most of the work is a clerk saying "you can register right there, it's free, 21 and up."
- Check the age rule. The platform is 21+. Staff should treat it like any other age-restricted item on the counter.
- Keep it on. The kiosk should stay powered and connected during store hours.
- Call if something looks off. Support is a phone call. You are not expected to troubleshoot hardware.
There is no collection route because there is nothing physical to collect; the platform handles registrations and entries on its side.
Step 5: how the store benefits
The store becomes a registration point for a sweepstakes platform that customers keep using from their phones, which gives regulars a reason to come back to the counter. Arcade Ops earns a commission from AOG on referrals, which is why the kiosk is free for the store; the referral terms for the store are explained on the call before anything ships, and we do not quote numbers here because they depend on the agreement and the location.
Questions store owners ask
Does it cost anything? No. There is nothing to buy, nothing to install yourself, and no card required to sign up.
Is this a skill game or a slot machine? Neither. It is a sweepstakes platform. Customers register and receive sweepstakes entries; no purchase is necessary.
What about compliance? The platform is offered only in eligible states, the sign-up refuses ineligible states, and the 21+ rule is enforced at the counter and on the platform. You are responsible for following the rules in your jurisdiction, and the team will walk you through them on the confirmation call.
Can I have a Fortune cabinet and an AOG kiosk? Yes, where both are permitted. They serve different customers and take up different space: a cabinet on the floor, a kiosk on the counter.
How long until it is live? Usually one to two weeks from the confirmation call, depending on shipping.
Mistakes to avoid
- Signing up for a state that is not eligible and expecting an exception. The list is the list.
- Hiding the kiosk behind the register where customers cannot reach it.
- Skipping the staff walkthrough. Two minutes of training is the difference between a kiosk that registers people and one that collects dust.
- Letting the Wi-Fi drop. A kiosk that is offline is just a tablet.
Bottom line
Adding an AOG Sweeps game kiosk is one of the lowest-commitment ways to add something new to the counter: confirm your state is eligible, fill in the short form, plug in the kiosk when it arrives, and let the clerk point to it. Start on the AOG Sweeps game kiosk page. Weighing a skill game cabinet or an ATM kiosk too? Our placement guide and the ATM kiosk post cover those, and operators can see coverage on the states page and plans on the pricing page.
Adding an ATM kiosk to your store
An ATM kiosk is the simplest machine a convenience store or gas station can add: $6,000 flat, installed on site within five days of the order, sold in any state. Here is how to place it, what to expect, and how it pairs with game machines.
