SMS Consent & Terms

This page documents Arcade Ops' end-user SMS opt-in flow and program terms. It is the canonical proof-of-consent URL submitted to Twilio for our A2P 10DLC campaign registration.

Program Name & Description

Program: Arcade Ops account & lead-availability alerts.

Arcade Ops sends operational SMS notifications to registered users about their own Arcade Ops account — billing alerts, trial-expiration reminders, new-lead availability in the states the user has subscribed to, and support replies. This is a B2B SaaS notification program only.

How End-Users Opt In

  1. User visits the public sign-up page at arcadeops.net/register.
  2. User enters their name, email, password, and mobile phone number (mobile is a required field).
  3. User must actively check an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox labeled “Yes, opt me in to Arcade Ops SMS notifications.”
  4. The full opt-in disclosure (frequency, HELP, STOP, msg & data rates, sample messages, privacy) is displayed inline above the checkbox before the user checks it.
  5. A consent audit record (email, phone, timestamp, IP, user-agent, source = web_signup_checkbox) is written server-side on submission for retention.
