Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Arcade Ops ("we," "us," or "our") operates the arcadeops.io website and the Arcade Ops application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. Account name, email, password, company, phone number, state selections, billing details processed by Stripe, and any content you submit through forms (for example the Fortune Group Games inquiry form).
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and diagnostic logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.
  • Information from third parties. Business-directory data from Google Places, optional owner-contact enrichment from providers such as Hunter.io and Apollo.io, email engagement events from Resend, and payment events from Stripe.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages (account, billing, security, product updates).
  • Send marketing communications you have opted in to receive.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. SMS / text messaging

Arcade Ops offers optional SMS/text messaging (for example appointment confirmations, lead follow-ups, and account alerts). SMS is powered by third-party carriers and by Twilio in the United States.

Opt-in. We only send SMS messages to phone numbers whose owner has given prior express written consent. Consent is collected through a clearly-labeled checkbox or by the number's owner texting a keyword such as START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to a number we operate. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on account activity and the campaign you opted into. A typical cadence is 2–8 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We do not charge separately for SMS.

Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. You can resume by replying START. For help, reply HELP or email sales@arcadeops.net.

Sharing of mobile information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the SMS service you requested (for example Twilio and carrier networks). This information is not sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed for third-party marketing.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Email communications

We use Resend to send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing email. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of each message or by emailing sales@arcadeops.net. Transactional email tied to your account (receipts, security, service notices) is required for the Service and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.

5. How we share information

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Sub-processors. Vendors that operate parts of the Service on our behalf under contract, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), Google Cloud / Google Places, Hunter.io and Apollo.io (optional enrichment), and Emergent (LLM inference).
  • Social media platforms. When an Arcade Ops administrator connects one of our own company accounts (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), we store only the OAuth access token and the page/account identifiers needed to publish posts that our team has reviewed and approved. We do not read, store, or analyze followers' or other platform users' personal data, and disconnecting the account deletes the stored token. Use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arcade Ops, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and audit obligations. You can request deletion of your account by emailing sales@arcadeops.net.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (TLS), hashed passwords, scoped API keys, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a security incident that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access, update, or delete account information from your dashboard or by email.
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
  • Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with consumer-privacy laws may request access, deletion, or correction of personal information. Email privacy@arcadeops.io.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.
